Sore Nante FC, a division one club based in Wa, Upper West Region, has unveiled Eric Bekoe, a former Ashanti Kotoko and Ghana Black Stars forward, as their new head coach.
This comes after the departure of Coach Saeed Adnan, who guided the club to division one qualification and has joined Legon Cities FC on a new adventure as assistant head coach.
During his unveiling, Bekoe expressed his excitement about taking on the role and emphasized the importance of support from the entire region.
He also expressed his commitment to nurturing the raw football talents in the region into finished goods for consumption in Ghana and other parts of the world.
He stated, “I am very excited to be here, to lead this massive football club, but I cannot do it alone. I need the support of the management, technical team, players, and the entire Upper West region. Together, we can build something great.”
Bekoe’s appointment is expected to bring a new era for Sore Nante FC, with the aim of propelling the club to greater heights in Ghanaian football.
