Sisco Baakabey, a prominent figure from the Jamaica Youth Camp, a youth activist group in Wa, has added his voice to the ongoing discussions about lesbianism and gayism in the region. This comes after Home radio 99.7 have premeired the video of love beyond boundaries; A lesbian romance in the upper west region where it was revealed that most women in the wa municipality is into the action particularly married women.
Speaking with DJ Printua on Radio Mak, Sisco initially expressed disbelief about the presence of such activities in Wa, having only seen them in videos and films and considering them tales. However, recent conversations have convinced him that these activities are indeed occurring in Wa.

He urged opinion leaders to take decisive action to address this issue, describing it as a social cancer that needs to be curbed.
As a landowner, he declared his firm stance against any acts of lesbianism and gayism in Wa, committing to do everything within his power to combat this social menace.
He emphasized that the consequences of these activities would not only affect the individuals involved but also have a broader impact on the entire Wa community.
