Saeed Fatawu have resigned from Radio Waa hours after Mustapha jakpa also bids farewell to the radio station. Until his resignation he was the programs manager for the radio and have been with the radio since 2018 working passionately to uplift the image of the network.

Enven though the cause of his resignation is still unknown but two dedicated staffs resigning within 24 hours have raised alot of concerns as source closer to the radio indicates 3 staffs are also in the pipeline to follow.

In a farewell message, he wrote;
“Say greetings to each and every friend of mine, I deem it a great pleasure to associate with you as a Broadcast Journalist with RADIO WAA 92.1FM from 2018 till this date I have to part company with the network. I would like to express my gratitude to the following people for what I have learnt from them and the honor done me. I would forever be grateful to Issaka Abubakar Bipoli , Wononuo Salifu Daud Jinsung , Morris Banaamwine among others for the love and care we have shared even though some of you left me behind to hold up to the legacy but there comes a time for me to say it is time.
I have taken it upon myself to cause into action the meaning of the word change, and it is time for me to say goodbye to Radio Waa and wish that it continues to serve our discerning listeners.
To all my discerning listeners, party friends, business partners and all followers I regret to leave you at such a cross road but when the bell of change is rang, the best thing to do is to succumb to its melody.
I am still a Broadcast/Investigative Journalist, I might not be serving you from Radio Waa but I assure of my service to you as a Journalist in another soon to be announced platform”.
