Hon. Dr. Rashid Hassan Pelpuo, Member of Parliament for Wa central constituency in the Upper west region, has demonstrated his commitment towards retooling the National Democratic Congress (NDC) by donating GHC 10,000 to the Youth Wing of the Wa Central Constituency.
The donation aims to support their inaugural activity scheduled for Saturday, May 5, 2024.
This generous contribution is part of Dr. Pelpuo’s dedication to resourcing and strengthening various wings of the party to ensure their readiness for the upcoming general elections.
The youth organizer, Abdulai Ibrahim, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the MP for his support and pledged to utilize the resources effectively for the intended purpose.
In addition to supporting the youth wing, the revered MP extended his generosity to the Wa Central Communications Bureau by donating 10 sets of Nokia phones. These phones will aid the bureau in their communication activities on the radio, enhancing their outreach and effectiveness in engaging with the community.
These donations re-echoed Dr. Pelpuo’s belief in robust party structures and effective communication strategies.
