“Gan Gan” is a cultural dance found within the people of chegli a suburb of Wa in the Upper West Region.It is a rich cultural dance where both young and old display their dancing skills at a go.
It is a famous danced performed at both official and unofficial occasions such as festival, funerals,independent day celebrations etc. Alot of prominent people in Ghana and beyond have danced to the tuned of this famous drums.

The former MCE Issahaku Nuhu Putiaha who is also a son of the soil displayed the dance moves at the handing our ceremony of an ultra-modern KG school built by the people of Qatar at Kadoli a Suburb of Wa.
