The Legos based and Franchise owners of the Chicken Republic brand in Ghana, has officially opened its 6th Branch and 2nd in Northern Ghana in Wa, the upper west region located at Kabanye in the regional capital of the Upper West Region.
The Resturant has officially started operation today (7th August, 2022) and Present at the event were a number of invited guests including the regional minister of the upper west region, Dr.Hafiz Bin Salih and speaking to the gathering, asked the region to do well to patronize the food. He added that it is a plus to the region and would give good services to people in the region.

The management took the opportunity to express their gratitude to the staff for their relentless effort in ensuring that the restaurant was opened. They assured Wa and the upper West region at Large that Chicken Republic still had plans of expanding its brand across the other Districts and Municipalities in the region, adding that Chicken Republic currently employs a number of youth in and from the region and expect this number to grow.

The Wa Branch Manager, Mr. Eric Dekluon on his part stressed on the importance of the day, adding that the opening of Chicken Republic 6th and 2nd restaurant in the north in the company’s 7 years of existence was indeed a very important milestone. Mr. Eric acknowledged that although the journey had not always been smooth sailing, the hard work and dedication of the team had taken the company through tough times. He used the opportunity to thank customers of Chicken Republic and the media for their continued support.
He made mention of some food available, fried rice, jollof rice, plain rice, shawama, burger, potato chips, sandwich, fried and grilled chicken, spaghetti, chicken salad, potato salad and many more. He concluded by assuring all customers of the affordable prices of their food and urged customers to stay away from the perception that the beautiful looks of their environment influences high prices on food. “The prices of food are tailored for the benefit of the people of Upper West” He concluded.
