A security man by the name “Kiikla” a resident of Kambali, a suburb of the Wa municipality in the Upper West Region has been found dead in an uncompleted building around Kpaguri, also a suburb of the Wa municipality.
Eye witness says his stomach is cut opened and his private genitals missing.
The police have since conveyed the body from the area for autopsy and further investigation.
