Upper West : Tumu Midwifery Training College invites applicants for new RGN Programme
The Tumu Midwifery Training College has announced the introduction of a new three-year Registered General Nursing (RGN) Programme and is now inviting applications for the 2025/2026 academic year.
The new diploma programme is designed with a strong emphasis on practical skills to ensure students are well-equipped to excel in the nursing and midwifery professions. The program provides an opportunity for students who were unable to gain admission to their preferred health training institutions or those who genuinely wish to study at Tumu Midwifery Training College.
Applicants who have already applied to other health training institutions for the 2025/2026 academic year can submit the following documents to the college for consideration:
Copy of Ministry of Health application printout
Copy of WASSCE certificate/results
Copy of birth certificate
Copy of Ghana Card
Entry Requirements:
WASSCE/SSSCE applicants must have credits in three (3) core subjects, including Core Mathematics, English Language, and Integrated Science, along with credits in three (3) elective subjects, with a total aggregate of 36 or better.
