On October 27, 2024, The Sung-Suma Foundation, in partnership with DyLuri Beauty, hosted a groundbreaking Breast Cancer Awareness and Screening event in Owlo, DBI District, Upper West Region, Ghana.

Established in 2021, Sung-Suma Foundation has consistently demonstrated its commitment to community development through various initiatives. This event marks another milestone in their quest to promote health and well-being.

The initiative aimed to educate women on breast cancer causes, prevention, and self-exams, emphasizing early detection. Free screenings were provided to 236 women, identifying 11 suspected breast lump cases. These individuals have been referred for further care, paving the way for early intervention.
