The Jirapa community in the Upper West Region is gearing up to bid farewell to Eric Johnson, the murdered CEO of Royal Cosy Hills, affectionately known as Jirapa Dubai. His tragic demise occurred on February 11 at his private residence in Jirapa, sending shockwaves through the community.
The prime suspects, his former HR and his girlfriend, are currently in police custody awaiting trial, as investigations into the alleged murder continue.

Funeral arrangements for Eric Johnson, as announced by the Jirapa Naa and elders, are as follows:
- Wake-keeping: Friday, May 31, 2024, with the body lying in state at the Naayiri Park, allowing friends, family, and community members to pay their respects.
- Burial Mass: Scheduled for Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 11:00 am, providing an opportunity for solemn reflection and final farewells to the departed soul.
- Thanksgiving Service: On Sunday, June 2, 2024, a thanksgiving service will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, offering prayers of gratitude for Eric Johnson’s life and legacy.
Eric Johnson is survived by his children Grace Johnson, Karen Johnson, and Erica Johnson, as well as two grandchildren.
