President John Mahama has appointed Kale Cesar, Esq as the new Managing Director of Metro Mass Transit Ltd. Kale Cezar succeeds Mr. Albert Adu Boahen, who previously held the position.

Kale Cezar’s appointment comes as part of efforts to enhance the leadership and management of the public transport company, which plays a crucial role in the nation’s transportation infrastructure.

Cezar brings a wealth of experience in management and leadership to the role, and his appointment is expected to help streamline the operations of Metro Mass Transit Ltd. as it continues to provide essential transport services across the country.

Metro Mass Transit Ltd was incorporated in March 2003 as a limited liability company under the Ghana Companies Code, (1963) Act 179. The Company is a public-private partnership between the Government of Ghana holding 45% of the shares and six Institutional investors holding 55% of the shares combined.
