Mobile Money: Dial 8879# on any network and follow the prompts. You will receive your e-voucher via SMS.

Cost of UENR Admission E-Voucher:

The cost of the UENR admission e-voucher for undergraduate and diploma programmes is Ghc220.00. The cost for postgraduate programmes may vary, and applicants are advised to check the official admission portal for details.

Entry Requirements for Regular Undergraduate Applicants:

SSSCE Candidates: Passes (A-D) in six (6) subjects, including three core subjects (English and Mathematics inclusive) and three relevant elective subjects.

WASSCE Candidates: Credit Passes (A1-C6) in six (6) subjects, including three core subjects (English Language and Mathematics inclusive) and three relevant elective subjects.

GCE Advanced Level Candidates: Passes in three (3) subjects (at least one Grade D or better), plus credit passes (Grade 6) in five GCE Ordinary Level subjects including English, Mathematics, and either a Science subject (for non-science applicants) or an Arts subject (for science applicants).

Advanced Business Certificate Examination (ABCE) Holders: Passes in three (3) subjects (at least one Grade D or better), plus credit passes in five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science or Social Studies in the General Business Certificate Examination (GBCE).

HND Candidates (for First Degree Programmes): Must have graduated with a good HND certificate (at least 2nd Class Lower Division) and possess a minimum of two (2) years of post-HND relevant working experience. Equivalent Diploma qualifications may also be considered.

How to Apply for UENR Admission 2025/2026?

Follow these steps to complete the online application process:

Purchase an Admission E-Voucher: Obtain your e-voucher through one of the approved channels mentioned above.

Visit the UENR Online Admission Portal: Go to the official UENR online admission portal via https://admissions.uenr.edu.gh or via https://uenr.edu.gh

Enter E-Voucher Details: Enter the Serial Number and PIN Code from your admission e-voucher to access the application form.

Fill the Online Application Form: Complete all sections of the application form accurately with the required information.

Upload Required Documents: Scan and upload all necessary documents, including certificates, transcripts, and birth certificates.

Review and Complete: Carefully review all the information provided before submitting the form. Click the “Complete” button to finalize your online application.

Important Note: After completing the online application, you are required to submit two (2) copies of the printed online application form along with certified copies of your certificates/result slips and copies of your birth certificate (these documents will not be returned). These hard copies should be sent by post to the university.

Does UENR Accept D7?

Please note that UENR’s admission board does not accept an aggregate D7 for admission into undergraduate degree programmes for the 2025/2026 academic year. Applicants are strongly advised to carefully review the specific admission requirements for their desired programme before applying.
