Management and staff of Social investment fund have welcomed His Excellency, President John Dramani Mahama, appointment of Prosper Puo-Ire as the Acting Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Social Investment Fund (SIF). With his extensive background in Development Administration, Migration, Security, and Conflict Management, Puo-Ire brings a wealth of experience that aligns perfectly with the Fund’s mission.

Puo-Ire’s notable work as Ghana’s National Technical Advisor on Cross-Border Cooperation with SKBOWA and his collaboration with GIZ on the African Union Boundary Program further underscores his expertise in sustainable community-based development. This expertise positions him as a vital asset to Ghana’s Agenda for Sustainable Development.

As Acting Deputy CEO, Puo-Ire will work closely with Mr. Abass Nurideen, the Acting CEO of the Social Investment Fund, to enhance the operations of the Fund.

The SIF plays a crucial role in driving social and economic development across Ghana, focusing on improving livelihoods through targeted investments and initiatives.
