Mahama Iddrisu has congratulated Hariya, the Ghana Most Beautiful contestant for the Savannah Region for making the region proud and advised those angry over her eviction to exercise patience.
He also took the opportunity to commend all those who played crucial roles to ensure Hariya got to the last 7 out of 16 Regions of Ghana.
Sharing his comments with the Nkilgi FM, Mahama Iddrisu thanked the Paramount Chief of the Buipe Traditional Area Buipewura Abdulai Jinapor (I) deserves applause for his interest and leading in the mobilization of funds for voting. Hariya never lagged behind in terms of voting.
He said he has heard social media posts calling for the region to boycott the Ghana Most Beautiful show for the unfair eviction of their contestant. He said he has always maintained that the TV3 Ghana Most Beautiful pageant seeks to unearth the tenacity and talents of young girls in the area of the socio-cultural values, economic and tourism potentials of the nation and particularly their individual regions, hence has always been an advocate of it.
So they should exercise patience and the Region should plan ahead of 2023 Insha Allah.
