Out of the 12 contestants who qualified for the next stage of the Miss Upper East 2022, one contestant by the name Cy-vera Apegyine Anamzoya left the house for an emergency meeting in Accra, on Wednesday afternoon, a few hours before the preliminary event.
Three (3) contestants, Talensi District Bella, Bolgatanga Central District Sumkinna, and Akanzaadi from the Builsa District on the other hand bid their last goodbyes on the 2022 edition of the beauty and cultural pageant stage last night after failing to gather enough votes from the judges and supporters.
Hence, eight (8) contestants out of the 12 have qualified for the next round of the contest, which is the grand finale after gathering enough votes from the Judges and their supporters.
