As part of their co-operative social responsibilities, Antika company limited a number stop shop for farm inputs in the upper west region has reached out to a poor cripple farmer in the Lawra municipality of the upper west region.
This happens after Tuurosung karky aired a documentary about the struggles of the poor farmer and appealed for support.
Antika company limited supported him with some bags of fertilizer, weedicide, insecticide and pesticides

Gangarima has been farming for over 10 years as a cripple in the Lawra municipality. When Karky enquired to know what motivate him to do farming even with his condition, he said
” I noticed sitting down and idling is not good so i engage into this to be able to get some money for soap and other stuffs”

On how he became one legged , he narrated
I wasn’t born with the condition but growing up as a child i noticed the presence of worm in my leg, I started seeking treatment from the hospital but all to no avail, one day I was coming to Wa in a car and I noticed some strange things coming from my leg, upon reaching the hospital they admitted me for 3 days and called my brother and told him my leg was going to be amputed, I was helpless but God been great I didn’t die
I cant mention the kind of help I want, If anybody willing to render help of any sort, I will very much appretiate it he concluded
