After a previous attempt in 2019, Yahaya Sabit a native of the Chegli community is gearing up to contest the Kperisi Electoral Area Assemblyman election once again. The electoral area, located in the Wa Municipality, gained attention in 2019 when three vibrant youths, namely Yahaya Sabit, James Donkor and Mujeed, competed for the position.
The electoral area consists of three towns namely kperisi, Chegli and Sagu. The 2019 election witnessed a heated competition among the vibrant youths, with James Donkor ultimately securing the victory.
