I will never contest to go back to Parliament again – A.B.A Fuseini

Alhassan Bashir Fuseini, also known as Alhaji A.B.A Fuseini, the member of parliament for Sagnarigu, has announced that he will not run for office in any upcoming elections after his term as the National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) parliamentary candidate was not extended.

He asserted that he could assist the NDC and an NDC-led administration in a variety of positions, not just as a legislator.

“I am a Mulsim, and everything that happens we say it is the will of Allah almighty,” he stated in an interview with Johnnie Hughes on the Sunrise show on 3FM on Monday, May 29.

I don’t believe in following what fate has determined because there is a long story to tell, and Allah set the date of my birth for me.

“They claim that the walking stock is lengthy, but it depends on how you handle it. Without a shadow of a doubt, I am honored by the fine people of Sganarigu.

When questioned why he was ejected when everyone was applauding him, he responded, “I have never been ejected. Go talk to the locals since they did not support me for a second term.

“They did not extend my contract, but the lovely people of Sagnarigu really value me. They have granted me three conductive terms, even if it is for nothing. You don’t appreciate the value of your buttocks until there is a boil on them, I can assure you.

Will you return to the legislature? Johnnie enquired.

He said, “No. I firmly believe that the moment has come to move on. I have no doubt that, by Allah’s grace, Former President Mahama will be recognized as President-elect following the elections of December 7, 2024, and will be sworn in as president on January 7, 2025, and I am ready to support President Mahama in any capacity.
