Founding President of Charger Limited Dr. Emmanuel Bortey Borketey, producers of Happy Man Bitters and plus 1 drinks has ascertained that he doesn’t consider a money aspect of an agreement before sponsoring events.
The President of the ‘Generational Brand’ stated this emphatically at the 4th edition of the Happy Man Bitters – Upper East Music Awards which was held on Friday, 30th December 2022 at the Gnat Hall in the Upper East regional capital, Bolgatanga.
Being the sponsor of the prestigious awards scheme, Dr. Emmanuel Bortey Borketey was present to grace the occasion with his entourage. This year happens to be his first time attending the event having sponsored it for four (4) years in a roll.
The young Entrepreneur is known to be a man of the youth as he is surrounded mainly by groups of vibrant young men and women he mentors and supports in various ways.
During the red carpet session, the inquisitive Master of Ceremonies Ibrahim Aziz who is better known as Lexis enquired him what motivates him to extend his wings, sponsoring many corporates.
To begin with, Dr. Emmanuel Bortey Borketey answered that his brand, the Charger Group of Companies is poised at putting unfeigned smiles on the faces of the populace, and all the corporates he had sponsored or is sponsoring are poised at making people, especially the less privileged smile.
He further said emphatically that he doesn’t consider the money aspect of a proposal before agreeing to sponsor an event.
