Whatsapp has include a new feature in their latest update, this new feature is by using voice recordings to update Whatsapp status.
Ever since this feature is added to Whatsapp, many are of the opinion that people will abuse the usage of this feature, but to tell you what? Whatsapp users are loving this feature.
Below are step by step guide on how to update Whatsapp status with voice recordings;
- On your smartphone, launch the WhatsApp app, then select the “Status” option.

4. You can add text, pictures, and videos to your status from a selection of options on the next screen. Tap the “Mic” icon to add a voice recording.

5. Press and hold the “Record” button while speaking. A audio message can be recorded for up to 30 seconds.
6. Release the “Record” button after your message has finished recording.
7. By tapping the “Play” button, you can hear a preview of your voice recording.
8. When you’re finished, tap the “Send” button to add your voice recording to your WhatsApp status update.
