Thriving Ghanaian female Gospel singer, Rita Adomolga won the “Best Gospel Artiste Of The Year” in this year’s Happy Man Bitters – Upper East Music Awards.
One of the toughest and most competitive categories of the music award schemes is the Best Gospel Artiste of the year. The gospel artist Rita Adomolga who is best known for her soul-soothing voice has emerged as the winner of the category.
She shared the category with, Ameneast Gospel, Nsoh ursula, Elvis Nso – Yine
Agnes Zure, Adongo Cindy, Agongo AZAARE moses.
She also won “Video Of The Year” for the music video of her song “Tumbero” against Lyricalbiah- 99 problems, Pandy – da sorts, Boey-p – tinimligidi, Rolex B- mompini, Onli MC – yen da, Zarious – signature, and Star B- in lug
Happy Man Bitters – Upper East Music Awards is a brainchild of One Luv Entertainment, and sponsored by Happy Man Bitters. It’s an initiation incepted to acknowledge and award creative personalities who are making outstanding contributions to the growth and development of the creative arts industry in the region.
This year’s event, which happened to be the 4th edition was held on December 30, 2022, at the Gnat Hall in the Upper East Regional capital, Bolgatanga.
In attendance were notable personalities and public figures in the likes of Dr. Emmanuel Bortey Berkeley, the President and founder of Charger Limited who are the producers of Happy Man Beverages and the headline sponsor for the awards scheme, TV3 Ghana Most Beautiful 2020 winner Naa Dede Botchwey among others.
