Talensi District Bella, Bolgatanga Central District Sumkinna, and Akanzaadi from the Builsa District said their last goodbyes on the Miss Upper East Ghana stage last night. But not before entertaining the judges and audience with the impactful biographies of their heroes/heroines and also with their special flairs.
Took place on Wednesday, 28th December 2022 at the Tap Hotel in Bolgatanga-Soe which was a preliminary event known otherwise as Tourism and Talent Night, it was a night for the contestants to celebrate and tell the untold thought-provoking and inspiring stories of heroes/heroines who have within their capacities contributed remarkably to the growth and development of their respective communities and the region as a whole, as well as display their Talents.
Boazuu Judith known by her stage name Bella from the Talensi District made a grand appearance, entertained the audience with her naturally gifted talent, blended with an inspiring biography of her hero who goes by the name Gbeme – Namb Gbe – Emibil Kunoub Moort
Atanga Patience who was also known by her stage name Sumkinna from the Bolga Central District narrated an impactful story of her hero Mr. Akolgo Amoah David. She also entertained the audience with her talent.
Akanzaadi born Angelina Atagayu Akanzaadi from the Builsa District presented a great story of her awe-inspiring personality called Mrs. Agnes chigabatia Asangalisa. She wowed the audience as well with her flair.
Unfortunately, these three ladies did their best but it was not enough to sail them through to the grand finale. Aside from the performance, they couldn’t also gather enough votes from their supporters.

Eight young ladies are left to slug it out for the ultimate come 2nd January 2023 at the Gnat Hall in Bolgatanga.
