Information reaching us indicates that, basic school children in Ghana would only be allowed to have nine days off during their first term break.
All basic schools in the nation will be required to spend just nine days at home before returning for the start of their second term, in keeping with the Ghana Education Service’s goal to reinstate the old academic calendar that was altered a few years ago as a result of the outbreak of the corona virus pandemic.
So, the vacation period for these pupils attending elementary schools will run from Saturday, March 25, 2023, to Sunday, April 1, 2023.
As previously stated, the second term will start on Monday, April 3, 2023, and last until September 14, 2023.
