The Wa circuit court has adjourned the alleged defilement case of popular wedding MC in the Upper West Region Rashid Anaata after first court hearings on today’s Monday 7.
The suspected is alleged to have defile over 30 defiled over 30 little girls between the ages of 8 and 13 years in the Wa Municipality and it’s environs.
Anaata has been on the run after the allegations until Friday August 4 where he was caught by the Ghana Police and arraign before the Wa circuit court on August 7
After the first court hearings today, the presiding judge adjourned the case to Monday August 14 for the accused to reappear in court.
Meanwhile the accused is on remand until the next court proceedings.
