Kawute Soujia is a reggae/dancehall artistes based in the Upper West Region of Ghana. He has been in the music industry for close to a decade.
The dancehall artistes has a come through with numerous hits songs including ‘Insane‘ featuring Fancy Gadam.
He also has two Eps namely ‘BNK’ Ep and ‘Versatile’ Ep.
Despite all his efforts, the artistes is yet to received an award from his craft. This to him is unfair judging from all his hardworks and consistency.
The latest award he fell short once again was the PRUMAS 22 artiste of the year where he contested Nashberry, Berima Ojay, and Rekordz but ends up losing to Berima Ojay.
With the Happy Man Bitters Upper West Music awards night at the corner, Kawute believes this is his time to win an award from this prestigious awards scheme.
He got nomination for 4 different categories in the HMB-UMA including HMB artistes of the year, Male Vocalist of the year, Reggae/Dancehall artistes of the year and Album/Ep of the year.
In a Facebook post cited by Blitzzafrica.com, Kawute edges his fans to vote for him.
Mean while his new single tittled ‘Weytin Man do Man’ is still trending.
