SD Dombo university of Business and Integrated Development Studies in the Upper West Region of Ghana is proudly informing all prospective applicants the opening of their admission application portal for 2024/2025 academic year

If you’re a Ghanaian applicant seeking admission for the 2024/2025 Academic Year at UBIDS, here’s a guide to help you navigate the online application process:

1. Obtain the E-Voucher: Make a payment of GH¢ 120.00 for undergraduate programmes, GH¢ 180.00 for Postgraduate Regular and Sandwich programmes, or GH¢ 205.00 for Weekend Programmes at any Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB), Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), Stanbic Bank, or Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG) branches nationwide. Alternatively, use the mobile money service by dialing 8879# to purchase the E-Voucher.
2. Access the Online Application Portal: Visit the UBIDS online Admissions Portal at https://admissions.ubids.edu.gh/ after obtaining the E-Voucher. If you prefer, you can also make an online payment using a MasterCard or Visa.
3. Complete the Online Form: Upload your most recent passport size photograph (white background with both ears showing, and without background shadow, not exceeding 500KB) along with relevant certificates. Ensure all details entered are accurate before submitting the form.
4. Submit the Application Documents: Print out the application summary and attach result slips, certificates, and other relevant documents. Submit three copies of these documents to the Senior Assistant Registrar (Academic Affairs Section) through any Ghana Post EMS Office. Avoid posting the forms yourself and seek assistance from Ghana Post EMS for proper handling.
5. Address for Submission: The application documents should be addressed to: The Senior Assistant Registrar (Academic & Student Affairs) SD-Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies P.O Box WA 64 Wa, UW/R.
