Today, June 6 2022 marks exactly 8 years since Castro drowned in the Ada river with his friend Janet Bandu.
The Ghanaian hiplife musician, Theophilus Tagoe who was known as Castro, and his friend Janet Bandu were publicly declared dead on July 6 2021 as it marked exactly seven years since they went missing.
On the 6th of July 2014, Castro De Destroyer and Janet Bandu were reported to have drowned following a jet ski accident in Ada Estuary while on holiday with the Ghanaian football star, Asamoah Gyan.
According to Act 1975 section 33 (constitution), when a person has not been heard of or found for seven years despite diligent effort whether or not within that period, to find that person, that person is presumed to be dead.
On the above note, the families of the two together with Ghanaians, sympathizers, and well-wishers officially declare their demise on the 6th of July 2021.
8 years are gone, but the families are still grieving their loss.
