Ghanaian rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, better known as Sarkodie, is known to be one of the few local musicians who try to preach about the economic hardship in the country through his songs.
However, the rapper, who is believed to be a staunch fan of the ruling New Patriotic Party, has been silent over the last few years about the happenings in the country, which citizens believe he should speak about in a song as he always does.
In a video making waves on social media, Bigscout has attacked the Tema-based rapper as he calls him Tema Jay for staying mute about the country’s hardships and the NPP running to the IMF for financial bailout.
” Tema Has Jay Z run out of lyrics? If it was to be Mahama’s era, he would have dropped a song for him a long time ago”. He said.
